Simple project terms

Focused sprints use 50% to reserve and begin the agreed work, with 50% due on acceptance. Your proposal defines the deliverables, acceptance checks, revision allowance, and schedule.

Third-party subscriptions and usage costs are identified separately. Each sprint includes a 14-day correction window after handoff for defects in the agreed deliverables. New features and ongoing care are separate scopes.
