Product and price
The consultation costs $150 USD, is scheduled for 60 minutes, and is delivered through Zoom. Payment is due in full before the appointment becomes final. Kevin operates in America/Phoenix; confirmation should identify the visitor's time-zone equivalent.
Included and excluded
The consultation includes a live discussion and a short written action summary. It does not include completed design, code, formal architecture, extensive research, legal or regulated professional advice, a guaranteed result, or open-ended follow-up.
Preparation and participation
The buyer should provide an accurate agenda, relevant context, links, constraints, and the decision to be addressed. Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled end time.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional or late changes may require a new payment unless NyFTee agrees otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and no-show
No refund is provided for a cancellation within 24 hours of the meeting or for a no-show. If NyFTee must cancel, the buyer may choose a reschedule or refund of the consultation payment.
Project credit
The full $150 consultation fee may be credited toward a paid Blueprint or custom build started within 30 days of the consultation. The credit has no cash value, applies once, and cannot exceed the applicable project charge.
Confidentiality and recordings
Do not share highly sensitive information until any needed confidentiality terms are in place. A consultation is not recorded unless all participants agree beforehand.
