Email kevinbondconsulting@gmail.com with the subject “NyFTee Data Request.” State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action. Include the name, email, and inquiry or payment reference associated with the record.
Verification
NyFTee may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting a record. Do not email unnecessary identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure method.
Response and limits
NyFTee will review the request and respond as required by applicable law and reasonable operational practice. Some records may be retained for contracts, payments, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or active disputes.
Third-party records
Scheduling, payment, email, retailer, hosting, and other providers may hold records under their own policies. NyFTee can identify relevant providers it uses but cannot fulfill a request on behalf of an independently controlled service.
