Application license | NyFTee
Effective October 10, 2026. This end-user license agreement covers Mint’s Loose Change and Mint’s Chess Change software supplied by NyFTee Original LLC for the web and Android. The Game terms, Privacy notice and Game rewards & token rules also apply.
Personal license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the application on devices you own or control for personal gameplay. This does not transfer ownership of software, artwork, characters, audio, trademarks or the service. You must meet the 18-and-over requirement.
Permitted use
Do not distribute proprietary game assets, sell access, interfere with accounts, bypass authentication or reward checks, or submit fabricated results with modified clients. These restrictions do not override interoperability, security-research or other rights protected by applicable law. Open-source components retain their respective licenses.
Digital items
Progress, cosmetics, the Style Pass and assistance are account features, not ownership interests in NyFTee or transferable software licenses. Purchase screens describe the price and use of each item. On new boards in the updated game, solo assistance preserves normal token earning through the completed puzzle without changing reward rates. Earlier issued boards and older applications retain their disclosed policy; recorded financial decisions remain unchanged. Purchase remedies and non-waivable consumer rights remain as described in the Game terms.
Devices and updates
The application stores preferences and local gameplay on the device and uses network access for account services, saved progress, multiplayer and rewards. Features can require an up-to-date application and supported browser, operating system or wallet. Updates can be required for security, compatibility and game rules. Uninstalling or clearing storage can remove unsynchronized progress.
External providers
Wallets, identity providers, app distribution services and blockchain networks are separate products. Review their permissions and terms. You control wallet approvals and network fees. The application does not take custody of your wallet private keys or recovery phrase.
Availability and responsibility
We do not promise uninterrupted or defect-free operation on every device. Maintenance and security work can interrupt access. Nothing in this license excludes guarantees, remedies or liability that applicable law protects. The Game terms also govern responsibility and disputes.
Ending use
You may stop using and uninstall the application. Access can be suspended or ended for material breach, abuse or legal requirements, while preserving applicable rights and records. Account deletion is separate from uninstalling and is available through Privacy & support. Ending use does not reverse completed blockchain transactions.
Support and changes
Use Support or the company details below for application help, licensing questions or purchase problems. Changes are dated and communicated with the Game terms. They do not retroactively erase earned balances or completed financial records.
