Game terms | NyFTee
Effective October 26, 2026. These terms cover Mint’s Loose Change, Mint’s Chess Change and Simba’s Sunken Treasure on NyFTee.com and in the NyFTee Android application, operated by NyFTee Original LLC. Company contact details appear below.
The game
Mint’s Loose Change is a free match-three puzzle game with a solo campaign, friend challenges, progression, optional cosmetics and optional solo assistance. Mint’s Loose Change does not require token stakes or an entry fee. Mint’s Chess Change is a separate progression unlock with free play and optional prize matches described below. New coins drop during play; the board, your choices and level objectives determine your result. NyFTee is an independent game, not affiliated with other puzzle-game publishers or the projects whose coin symbols appear in the game.
Adult players and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and connect only wallets you control. Guests can try puzzle 1 before registering. The service keeps an anonymous, verified trial record and your device keeps its private resume proof. After registration, you can save that first result once to your connected player account. Token rewards begin with eligible account play; the guest trial does not earn tokens. Report unauthorized access promptly through Support. Never send us passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
Free play and fair competition
Mint’s Loose Change campaign retries and friend challenges are free. Friend matches use the same opening board and rules for both players. Paid assistance is unavailable in friend matches, and beating an opponent does not increase token rewards. A disconnected player’s match timer continues. Connectivity and device performance can affect play; verified actions and the server timer determine the recorded result.
Mint’s Chess Change
Mint’s Chess Change unlocks free after a server-verified win on campaign level 50 in Mint’s Loose Change by your connected account, or through the optional Chess Access Pack. Reaching level 50 or owning its board reward does not prove completion. The included Everyday Board is available by default; premium and shared boards require verified ownership. Your first ten completed computer games establish your initial matchmaking rating. Later computer and ranked player results adjust it; friendly games do not. Computer strength targets your rating at the start and stays fixed throughout that game. The rating is internal matchmaking information, not certified chess Elo. Chess XP, escalating achievements, permanent cosmetics and seasonal rank rewards are separate from token balances. The optional Chess Change Season Pass costs 50,000 earned NyFTee or $9.99 USD in MINT and adds cosmetic styles earned through the 60-tier progression track; it does not renew, grant XP or include future passes. Its four shop-exclusive boards cost 10,000 earned NyFTee each or $1.99 USD in their displayed MINT or Buffer token. Chess purchases do not alter legal moves, computer strength or prize rules. The $3.99 USD Chess Access Pack permanently unlocks chess and includes three package-exclusive boards (Obsidian Sovereign, Arctic Glass and Crimson Velvet) and the Sovereign Black & Gold piece set. Choose 20,000 earned in-app NyFTee with no wallet required, or pay the $3.99 USD equivalent from a connected wallet in $MINT, $Buffer or $NOGA using a reviewed expiring quote. It does not renew, complete campaign level 50, award its rewards, include match entries or funds, or include a Season Pass. Players who already unlocked chess free may buy the same package for its cosmetics. Purchase ownership follows verified linked accounts. Network fees and any required token-account rent are shown separately before wallet approval.
Chess prize matches
Optional computer and ranked chess prize matches cost exactly 10, 50 or 100 $NyFTee from your mature available earned balance, without USD conversion. Both sides contribute the same amount; the existing game economy matches the player’s entry in a computer match. At launch, the economy retains 10% of the combined pool: 2, 10 or 20 $NyFTee. A decisive winner receives the entire remaining pool: 18, 90 or 180 $NyFTee; a loser receives zero. On a computer loss, the remainder stays in the economy. A draw returns 90% of each entry: 9, 45 or 90 $NyFTee per participant. Review and explicitly confirm the expiring exact entry before play. A ranked search does not debit an entry before matching. Service-voided matches return each full entry and reverse the launch fee; resignation, clock expiry or closing the game is not a service void. Returned entry principal is available immediately, while net winnings wait 24 hours. NyFTee entries and winnings stay inside the app. No wallet or SOL is required for these balance entries; all NyFTee withdrawals are paused. Entries and settlement records are preserved once accepted. New prize games depend on existing verified economy backing and season limits; they do not create a new funding wallet or increase the authorized budget. Free computer games and friendly invitations have no entry fee, token pool or token payout. Friendly games are unranked. Staking remains unavailable.
Fair play
Do not automate gameplay to collect rewards, fabricate results, exploit defects, steal accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use multiple accounts to evade limits. Choose a unique public screen name. Do not use vulgar, hateful, unlawful or impersonating names or harass other players. Names are checked for availability and inappropriate language; you may be asked to choose another name. We verify results and eligibility, reject invalid results and restrict abusive accounts. Contact Support to challenge an error with its run or transaction identifier.
Rewards
The Game rewards & token rules form part of these terms. Qualifying verified wins under newly issued wins-only rules earn under the rate recorded for the run, verified funding and the emergency season ceiling. There is no personal daily earnings cap, and operating targets do not stop awards. Displayed per-run maximums describe the score formula, not a daily earnings limit. Scores and token balances are separate. New-rule losses, draws, timeouts and abandoned runs earn no gameplay tokens. Previously issued games keep their recorded terms; historical rewards are not clawed back. Future rate changes do not reduce recorded rewards. Playing longer or buying an item does not guarantee an award.
Optional Holder Play Bonus
A separately quoted 15% bonus can apply to an eligible Loose Change or Sunken Treasure win when at least US$20 of the same rewarded token qualifies in one proven wallet and the separate 24-hour verified holding requirement is met. Replays and paid-assisted wins remain eligible. No purchase or wallet holding is needed for ordinary win rewards. Read the Holder Play Bonus section in Game rewards & token rules for the frozen pre-game quantity, post-win same-wallet check, exclusions and pending verification. Existing allocations, maturity and withdrawal rules remain; NyFTee stays in the app.
Connecting accounts and level records
You can connect accounts you control after proving ownership and reviewing the connection. Connected sign-ins share a player profile, best progress, owned items and access to recorded rewards. Original financial records remain intact. Connecting accounts does not reset reward limits or authorize token transfers. Each level ranks the top three verified solo scores, with one best score per connected player. Legally obtained aids count toward scores; runs extended beyond the puzzle’s original move or time allowance do not rank. Clearing objectives earns stars, and district requirements appear in Adventure.
First-win prizes and replay earnings
Six levels in every ten-level district award a banked helper on the first win: hammers on the second and sixth, shuffles on the third and eighth, and five-move packs on the fifth and tenth. Previously completed levels receive these prizes too. Each prize is granted once per connected player and level. A solo run allows three helpers total, earned or paid. Extra moves do not improve stars and exclude the run from the level leaderboard. Register to save your verified first-puzzle result and continue the campaign. Repeated eligible earnings on the same level use 100%, 75%, 50%, 35%, 25%, 15%, then 10% of base earnings. The 10% rate continues without a daily reset. Historical rewarded losses, timeouts and pending verified awards remain in that history; new-rule losses earn no tokens. Eligible solo and friend games share that level history. The replay tier is fixed atomically when the result is verified, so another result can advance the tier before this run finishes. Boards opened before this update keep their original reward rate; existing earned awards are unchanged.
X welcome bonus
While enrollment is open, the first 10,000 eligible new accounts created through X receive a fixed 10 $NyFTee welcome bonus automatically. X must confirm a blue, business or government checkmark at registration. No promo code is required. Existing players connecting X are ineligible; repeat sign-ins, renaming, unlinking, recovery or account recreation do not create a new entitlement. One bonus per X identity and connected player. A reserved bonus remains pending and retries automatically if funding cannot yet be verified. It uses the existing reward allocation, a 24-hour holding period and the NyFTee withdrawal pause; every recorded balance is preserved for eligible in-app use.
Connection and sharing bonuses
An eligible player may collect one bonus for each additional verified sign-in type, not each wallet or account. Unlinking, relinking or connecting duplicate accounts does not reset a bonus. Up to three distinct, verified X win posts may earn a bonus per reward day. Posts must be your own, include the supplied win link and #ad disclosure, and follow X’s rules. Duplicate posts, reposts, replies, fabricated wins and multiple accounts used to evade limits are ineligible. You review the exact post and explicitly choose to publish. When you choose X sign-in or Link X, the disclosed X authorization requests account access, posting permission and offline access to keep sharing connected. Existing links may need a one-time permission update. Each post still requires your explicit Share action. NyFTee never publishes silently. The game checks X for confirmation and never treats opening a composer as proof. Different captions and illustrations do not guarantee acceptance by X. Bonus amounts are shown before the action, depend on the active reward rate and allocation, and follow the same holding period and withdrawal rules as game rewards. X verification failures do not establish eligibility. These bonuses form part of the existing reward budget. Facebook is an additional eligible sign-in type when its connection is available: a newly verified eligible connection offers the displayed one-time 25 $NyFTee bonus. Initial Facebook registration is not an additional connection, and reconnecting never resets eligibility. This is a connection bonus, not a reward for posting to Facebook or Instagram. Instagram is sharing-only and has no connection bonus.
Optional items and prices
Kachow Circuit and Racer Profile (portrait plus badge) are permanent cosmetics available for 10,000 and 5,000 earned NyFTee respectively, or their $1.99 and $0.99 USD prices in $KaChInu from mature earned KaChInu or a connected wallet holding the official token. They do not increase earnings or gameplay strength. Cosmetics and the Style Pass change appearance or sound, not reward rates or competitive ability. Optional solo assistance affects the selected board: five extra moves cost 2,500 earned NyFTee or $0.49 USD in $MINT, a hammer costs 1,500 earned NyFTee or $0.25 USD in $MINT, and a shuffle costs 1,500 earned NyFTee or $0.25 USD in $Buffer. Fixed NyFTee prices need no wallet or SOL and are alternative item prices, not cash redemption values. The purchase screen shows the item, price and effect before confirmation. Pay with mature, unclaimed game rewards or directly from a connected Solana wallet in the item’s listed payment token. Direct wallet payments require your explicit transaction approval and SOL network fee; they do not add to or reduce your game reward balance. Wallet-paid helpers remain banked until you choose to use them. There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription. No outside token deposit is needed to play.
XP and seasonal collections
Verified signed-in solo results earn player XP: 75 for a win or 25 for a completed loss, with 100 additional XP for an eligible first campaign clear. A continued loss that becomes a win receives only the remaining win XP and any eligible first-clear bonus, once. XP unlocks ranks and earned titles; it is not a token, money or a withdrawable balance. Daily and weekly missions show their requirements, XP and reset times. Neon Nights runs from October 13, 2026 at 00:00 UTC until November 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, with 60 tiers. The original fifteen tiers retain their 500-XP steps; tiers 16–60 require another 1,750 XP each, reaching 86,250 XP at tier 60. Its free track includes 60 helpers, eight board designs usable in Loose Change and unlocked Chess, and four Sunken Treasure titles with fleet insignia. The optional premium track costs 50,000 earned NyFTee or $9.99 USD in its assigned $MINT token and adds 21 cosmetics earned at the displayed tiers, including nine boards and six Sunken Treasure titles with fleet insignia. Cross-game cosmetics stay saved until the relevant game is unlocked; claiming them does not buy game access or grant its XP. It is separate from the original $4.99 Style Pass. The season pass is a one-time purchase, does not renew and does not buy XP or guarantee that every tier will be reached. Buying later unlocks premium claims for tiers already earned that season. Season XP requires a board started within the season and a qualifying result completed before its end. Delayed verification or connected-account recovery can credit qualifying pre-deadline play afterward; earned unclaimed rewards remain claimable afterward, and claimed cosmetics remain in your collection. Pass sales stop at the stated season deadline. Already finalized valid payments remain recoverable through purchase history. Seasonal helpers share ordinary solo helper limits; extra moves still exclude the run from level leaderboards. Neither XP nor the pass raises token reward rates.
Daily points competition
The daily leaderboard sums server-verified solo scores, including victory bonuses, for completed attempts in each America/Phoenix calendar day. Won and lost attempts count. Extra moves or time exclude the entire attempt; other legal helpers do not. Linked accounts count as one player. Ties use the earliest last counted completion, then a stable account order. Guest and proven test activity do not qualify. Rankings remain provisional for 24 hours after the day ends because a continued loss can change eligibility; continuing with extra moves removes the whole attempt from daily standings. During the displayed prize schedule, places 1–5 receive 25, 20, 15, 12 and 10 KaChInu respectively. The initial schedule covers 90 full Arizona days beginning the first midnight after its reservation is activated within the existing funded KaChInu allocation. No separate token funding or withdrawal account is required. No daily token prize is active outside the displayed dates. Prizes for vacant places are not redistributed. Final prizes are credited automatically once per connected player and day to the existing KaChInu reward balance, held for 24 hours, and subject to the same account, receiving-wallet and withdrawal checks. Registered adults may accrue before email verification; verification restricts withdrawal only. Daily KaChInu prizes do not change ordinary per-puzzle reward rates or rotation. Scores, backing and availability are checked before payment; no market value or profit is promised.
Paid assistance
On new boards in the updated game, paid helpers preserve normal token earning through a verified winning puzzle, using the same reward rates and verified puzzle performance before the victory bonus. Helpers do not cancel earnings. Ordinary account eligibility, replay reductions, funded backing, maturity and season limits still apply. Up to three helpers total, earned or paid, are allowed per run. Extra moves retain the original-allowance star rule and exclude the run from level leaderboards. Under new wins-only rules, a loss earns no tokens; continuing with extra moves can still produce an eligible win. Finishing the loss closes its assessment without a new token award. Starting another puzzle finalizes the previous loss; an unfinished loss closes automatically 24 hours after its last completed result. A finalized result cannot be continued or awarded twice. Previously issued boards and older applications retain their disclosed earlier reward policy; update the game and start a new board to use the new rule. Recorded awards, balances and decisions are preserved. Free retries and earned gameplay powers remain available.
Purchase problems and consumer rights
Items and assists are delivered digitally to the account or selected run. Check the confirmation before spending. Report a duplicate debit, missing item or failed assist to Support with its purchase or run identifier so delivery can be checked and errors corrected. This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Content and third parties
We and our licensors retain rights in the game, artwork, audio, software and brand. The Application license describes your permission to use them. Coin names and symbols belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship. Wallets, identity providers, blockchain networks and exchanges operate under their own terms. NyFTee provides optional access to supported Pump.fun and PumpSwap markets through the app. You review and sign each trade with your own wallet; the market executes the swap and you pay the disclosed charges.
Availability and account closure
We update and maintain the game and can interrupt a feature for maintenance, security or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. You can stop playing or request account deletion through Privacy & support. Resolve available rewards and pending withdrawals before closing an account. Closure does not reverse blockchain transactions or erase financial, dispute or legally required records.
Responsibility and disputes
You control wallet selection and review transactions you sign. Blockchain transactions and network charges are controlled by the relevant network. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact Support or the legal contact below with details of a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes
The dated documents identify the published rules. Material changes are communicated in the game or through account contact details; when consent is required, it is requested before applying that change. Updates apply prospectively and do not rewrite recorded rewards or completed purchases. This October 16 update describes persistent X sharing permission and secure renewal after your initial authorization. Each publication remains optional and requires your explicit Share action. Existing gameplay reward rates and historical financial records remain unchanged. The October 17 Chess Access Pack adds an optional paid unlock and its exclusive cosmetics while preserving the free level-50 route, existing prize-match terms, shared ownership and progression. It does not rewrite earlier accepted matches, puzzle awards or purchases.
Friend invitation rewards
Each active player account can share its unique, reusable friend code or link with unlimited friends. Under the current offer, the inviter receives a fixed 100 $NyFTee once a genuinely new friend registers with that code and clears campaign levels 1 through 10 in verified play. A verified guest puzzle 1 saved during registration counts; guest play itself earns no tokens. Both players must be adults with verified accounts. No purchase is required. Self-referrals, recreated identities, existing-player referrals and duplicate connected-player claims do not qualify. Connecting accounts does not turn earlier progress into new referral progress. Each referred connected player qualifies once. The reward and ten-level requirement are recorded when the invitation is accepted. Later offer changes apply to future invitations; they do not rewrite accepted records. Qualification uses the active season and available authorized allocation. A completed invitation can wait for eligibility, verification or allocation, and an allocated reward can wait for verified funding. Recorded awards enter the inviter’s normal $NyFTee balance with the 24-hour holding period and the NyFTee withdrawal pause. This promotion shares the existing gross season ceiling; it does not increase gameplay rates or authorize new treasury funding.
Optional wallet trading
You can buy or sell the official $MINT, $Buffer, $NOGA and $KaChInu tokens through Pump.fun bonding curves or canonical PumpSwap pools using your connected Solana wallet. NyFTee has been removed from the purchase catalog; its official contract remains available for verification. Existing recorded trades and transaction recovery remain supported. This is separate from game reward balances and game-item purchases. Each trade requires a current quote and your explicit approval of the exact wallet transaction. Review the selected token, wallet, amount, minimum received or maximum spent, slippage, price impact, trading fees, Solana network fees and account-creation costs before signing. Quotes can expire and prices can move. A trade may be unavailable when liquidity, wallet funds or network services are insufficient; NyFTee does not guarantee a sale, price, profit, buyback or cash payout. You pay the disclosed costs from your wallet. Market trading does not fund or debit game rewards, change reward rates or bypass withdrawal eligibility. NyFTee adds no platform trading or referral fee in this release. A wallet connection or trade does not create a Pump account or guarantee any Pump referral reward. Check the original transaction status before submitting another trade after an interruption. Completed blockchain trades cannot be reversed by NyFTee. Never provide a private key or recovery phrase to NyFTee.
Simba’s Sunken Treasure
Simba’s Sunken Treasure is a two-to-six-captain naval strategy game in Mint’s Loose Change. Win campaign level 250 in server-verified play for free permanent access, or buy the US$4.99 Captain’s Collection using only $KaChInu through the reviewed expiring quote. It includes permanent access, Arctic Harbor, Crimson Reef and Midnight Vault oceans, Diamond Fleet finish and Founding Captain badge. Existing earned KaChInu balance and explicitly player-approved wallet payment are supported; wallet fees and account rent are separate. The pack does not complete level 250, include ranked entries, increase rewards or improve combat abilities. Free-access captains have the same ships, powers and gameplay reward eligibility. Purchase ownership follows verified linked accounts.
Sunken Treasure games and prizes
Computer and friendly Sunken Treasure games have free entry. Optional ranked human games reserve exactly 5 $KaChInu per captain from the mature available earned balance, with explicit confirmation before joining. Two to six captains fund the full pool; no computer or house contribution is added. The decisive winner receives 90% of the pool and NyFTee retains 10%. Six entrants produce 30 $KaChInu: 27 to the winner and 3 to NyFTee. Cancellation before battle, an expired deployment, a service cancellation or a draw refunds all entries with no fee. Forfeiting or missing three turns during battle does not refund entry. Returned entry principal is available immediately; net winnings mature after 24 hours. A 45-second server clock governs each turn, including disconnection. A storm begins at round 30. Existing verified KaChInu funding and balance rules apply; entry spending does not refill reward budgets.
Shared friends and invitations
Friends and invitations are shared across Mint’s Loose Change, Chess Change and Sunken Treasure. Find friends using the exact friend code they share with you; public player names identify participants. A friendship requires acceptance. You may decline or cancel requests, remove friends, or block accounts; blocking cancels pending contact and invitations. Game invitations are optional and do not charge entry or automatically join a game. Direct room invitations are limited to eligible open free friendly rooms; paid entries require their own explicit review. Public names and game destinations are visible to the participants. Friend relationships and invitations are separate from referral promotions.
